Since we don’t have a physical store location, your equipment will be delivered directly to you in Whistler, Squamish, or Pemberton. If you prefer, you can also pick up or return your order at our residential address in Pemberton.

Step 1 - Contact us to check the gear you want is available. 

Step 2 - We send you an invoice for payment.

Step 3 - Pay online through the Square invoice

We will save your card details through the invoice to cover against damage or losses.

The first night is free if we are dropping after 1 PM.

 

We understand plans change and conditions vary. Here are the options if you need to cancel outside of 24 hours of gear drop off:

• Take a refund minus a 25% admin fee.

• Reschedule for a new date.

• Leave the money as credit to use within 1 year.

 

Within 24 hours it is reasonable to expect plans to have firmed up so no refunds, rescheduling or credits are possible.

Delivery is included to Pemberton, Whistler and Squamish provided your booking total exceeds the following:

• Pemberton - $45

• Whistler - $75

• Squamish - $150

​

No minimum if you want to pick up and return to our home address in Pemberton.
